The Lublin University of Technology

The Lublin University of Technology has more than 60 years of experience and tradition in teaching engineering professionals, and an established position among Polish higher education institutions. Currently, the University runs 17 courses, whose curricula have been adjusted to the needs of the labour market. Technical studies are of crucial importance to the development of the economy. Therefore, our alumni are faster to find their jobs and have greater opportunities to start their careers. The highly qualified teaching staff and cutting-edge scientific equipment of the Lublin University of Technology make it even clearer that the student’s choice of our university was spot-on.

The University is located in an academic city, which is inexpensive for students to live in, and agglomerates nearly 100 thousand students. The Lublin University of Technology is home to the Academic Choir, the “GAMZA” Team of Ballroom Dancing, the Song and Dance Ensemble, the Contemporary Dance Group, the pollub.tv television, and the Students’ Photo Agency. Students can also use the well-equipped sports hall, fields and pitches, and tennis courts and develop their passions in the numerous sports sections. Students can also benefit from financial support, including grants, scholarships for academic, sports and artistic merits, and benefits.

Students associated under the Student Government participate in the creation of the University’s image. Each year the Government organises the Juwenalia Lublin Student Culture Festival, which include concerts by stars, sports competitions and numerous contests. The atmosphere of the University invites alumni to return to it and continue their education and act as part of the Alumni and Friends Association of the Lublin University of Technology.
